Another update...It took me a while to get around to posting due to work keeping me busy. However I do have a treat for you.
What with the internet offering all of the music you could ever want I'm sure most fans will have this digitally, if not owning a vinyl copy, but I wanted to post it anyway. This is a really nice bootleg release of a handful of songs from a gig PI played in Germany in 1991. I cannot remember the full date and venue but I do have the full gig on CD somewhere which I will probably post at some point in the future...it's the same source recording that these tracks were pulled from. Anyway it was a limited run of 600 hand numbered copies on white vinyl with a fold out sleeve containing pictures and an interview translated into German.
I used to frequent record fairs a lot when they were more popular and common and this particular find was the result of me walking around roughly 200 stalls asking almost every one if they had any Poison Idea material. Towards the end of the day one of the traders pulled out this gem. It was the early days of my obsession and I'd never heard of this release before.
The cover scan and vinyl rip is not mine, I found it online and it's just as good a job as I could do so I used it. A bootleg of a bootleg maybe? Anyway thanks to the original ripper whoever you are!
